Work Place Coaching

A motivated workforce is a productive and successful workforce. The behaviour of Managers and Team Leaders can be crucial to the entire organization and when they know how to communicate and influence effectively they can inspire others to join together in accomplishing a common goal.

I can offer one to one coaching for Managers or group coaching depending on your requirements. For instance, do you have a Manager who is showing signs of stress which in turn is having an impact on his department, or a Manager whose performance has recently declined? I can also work with training managers to formalise coaching in their leadership roles which will enable them to mentor and lead more effectively.
